The school has been rebuilt in response to the great feedback the BRC has gathered through the years of running the programme and the mega trends currently permeating our industry.

Some of these trends, such as business model evolution, the value of brand purpose, carbon-neutrality, diversity and inclusion and the increasing power of the consumer, are widely discussed, but many retailers struggle to approach them from a practical and actionable perspective.

The school comes from a rich heritage of the Oxford Summer School (also known as OSS Retail), spanning more than 90 years and their mission of training the best in retail by the best in retail. A key thread of the first school’s success has been for experienced retailers to pass on their tales of success and failure to the next generations.

BRC has now revived the spirit of the school in a refreshed, purely digital format, enabling the industry leaders, the eminent contributors and attendees to come together, network and learn from one another.

The new programme is relevant to leaders from the full breadth of our sector and, in fact, for any leader in a B2C business. It is made for both aspiring and advanced leaders, and is structured around four pillars: People, Planet, Profit and Purpose.

Usual price for the course is £1,200 per person but there is an early booking saving of £200pp.
