Do you employ migrant workers? Your views are needed

If you employ migrant workers, a Parliamentary group would like to hear your views on new immigration rules for employers.

The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Migration has asked Bira members who employ migrants to fill in a short survey to help with its research.

The aim of the inquiry is to collect feedback from a wide range of stakeholders about the positive and negative impacts of the new rules on their organisations, employees, and the wider economy and communities, and how they are responding and adapting. This inquiry follows on from our event at the end of 2020, where representatives from a range of different companies and trade bodies spoke about the impacts that they were anticipating from the introduction of new Immigration Rules from January 1, 2021.

This survey is to gather insight from the perspective of employers. It takes around 15 minutes and the closing date is May 18, 2021.

Your participation will allow the members of the APPG and other Parliamentarians to have a fuller understanding of the impact of the new immigration rules.  The results of this survey and follow up interviews will provide the basis for a report which will make a number of recommendations to the Home Office based on the responses received.
