This is an exciting opportunity to support independent retailers. Our Membership Team is recruiting a telephone based ‘Retail Support Team Member’, who will join the current team, to help us grow and support our membership base.  This is a very diverse role, which requires the following experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of outbound telephone sales
  • Minimum 1 year experience of customer service (telephone or face to face)
  • Retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience of Trade Shows is an advantage
