Bira will be hosting a seminar on Sunday at the show
Human resources and employee management can be areas of stress for some business owners. From distracted employees, to sick days and hangovers, it can be tricky to know what you can do to manage your staff effectively and fairly in these situations.
So, at Autumn Fair Laura Chalkley, Head of Bira Employment Law Advisory Service at Ellis Whittam (the team behind the Bira Legal service) and Julie Holden, National Membership Manager at Bira will be sharing insights on how to avoid potentially stressful situations and how to best tackle them when or if you do.
We’ll be hosting the seminar on Sunday 1st September at 3:45pm – 4:15pm.
