Customers don’t think channels, they want an experience, personalisation, convenience. They want to be understood and valued. So how do you serve them in a technology-driven world?
Retailers need to be agile, to adapt to fast-moving digitally-enabled customers, customers that are looking for one unified experience across all channels. They’re sharing information across social media on a daily basis. They’re talking about products, shops, experiences. By listening in to these conversations we can gain a lot of information about what’s trending in product categories you stock. Hear about the current trends and how this could impact your business.
