Buying & Merchandising – a one-day programme which encourages participants to think about what and how they buy to maximise turnover and minimise lost sales. The course will enable you to improve the return on your investment by minimising markdowns, improving sales and enhancing stock turn.

This interactive course will revisit the principles of selecting which products to buy (including styles and quantity) and enable you to focus on your key suppliers, with an emphasis on enhancing profit margins and reducing markdowns.
