This one-day course focuses on how you display products in your windows – a.k.a the silent salesperson. You will revisit the principles of visual merchandising as well as learn practical tips and techniques to consider when designing window displays.

The course will enable you to create displays that stop and attract customers, utilise space and props to effectively to promote merchandise, drive footfall and increase sales.

  • Hands on skills:
    • How to dress a window – enclosed or open backed, selecting products and maximising sight lines
    • How to dress props/busts and use accessories to create a theme
  • Using promotional signage and collateral in windows
  • Using seasonal opportunities to create impactful and effective Christmas windows
