The British Independent Retailers Association (bira) national conference and gala awards dinner took place at the Bristol Marriott Hotel on Monday 8 May. The annual bira awards represent an opportunity to showcase the very best of the independent retail industry. It attracts the very best independent retailers, their teams and employees from across the industry- the beacons of excellence who will ensure the future of retail is in safe hands.
