TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions of membership of The British Independent Retailers Association and its associated businesses (“bira”, “We” or “Us”) and should be read in conjunction with the Constitution and Rules (Linked to website page) which contain provisions relevant to the operation of the association.

These terms and conditions are subject to variation from time to time. Variations will be notified on our website – www.bira.co.uk – and the latest version of these terms and conditions will be available there.
