Long-term working from home could damage 'perfectly good' businesses, Bira CEO tells Telegraph

Perfectly good businesses could be lost if the trend of working from home becomes more permanent, Bira's CEO told a national newspaper.

Andrew Goodacre spoke to the Daily Telegraph for an article about how London in particular could be faced with a long-term blow from Covid as many businesses make working from home permanent.

The article follows research from Springboard revealing that retail footfall fell by 3.1% in recent weeks, and London footfall was still half pre-pandemic levels.
