Bira Direct supplier Toolstream send a service update to members regarding stock levels due to Covid-19 and Brexit.
During these challenging times, I wanted to reach out to give you an update on what we’re doing to make sure we get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Things are a little unpredictable at the moment, but rest assured we are taking all possible steps to increase our stock levels to support you through the Brexit transition and the recent spikes as a result of Covid-19. We pride ourselves on our close relationships with our suppliers and together we’re working really hard to get stock to you as quickly and safely as we can.

Our carrier partners, including UPS, are doing all they can to navigate this challenge to deliver on time. Due to lockdown and the upcoming festive period, we recommend orders are placed as early as possible in order to ensure they reach you in good time.
