Home, gift, and fashion trade show Spring Fair is calling on past exhibitors, attendees, and retailers to share memories, photos, and stories in celebration of its 75-year anniversary.
The show, which is taking place from 2–5 February 2025 at NEC Birmingham, is aiming to build a Hall of Fame to mark seven decades of retail connections and innovations.
Organisers are looking for contributions from those who attended Spring Fair in any decade, whether they were there when Queen Elizabeth II opened the show at the NEC in 1975 or exhibited products that went on to become industry best-sellers, with contributions set to form part of a large-scale digital timeline and picture display at the show.
Soraya Gadelrab, Event Director of Spring Fair, said: “This milestone event will bring the retail community together to celebrate its history and highlight the people and businesses who have been part of Spring Fair’s journey.
“We’d love to see photos and hear stories from across the years to help create a place where the industry can look back on the moments that shaped retail.”
Organisers at Spring Fair are especially interested in stories from long-time exhibitors and attendees, with retailers who are celebrating their own anniversaries in 2025 particularly encouraged to take part in marking the event’s rich heritage. Contributors can submit their memories and photos by emailing Reka Rasko at reka.rasko@hyve.group.
Since its founding, Spring Fair has become one of the UK’s leading retail events, drawing 38,000 attendees annually and showcasing over 1,200 exhibitors across home, gift, fashion, and other categories.
