People 1st International is working closely with employers, training providers and key stakeholders invested in the retail sector to review and update the National Occupational Standards (NOS) related to retail.
NOS are regarded as one of the most essential resources for workforce development and certification in the UK. They have a variety of important uses for both individuals and organisations, including being used in the development of job roles or service design, training and qualifications, or as a measure of workplace competence.
Have your say in the consultation to provide your feedback on 162 NOS in the retail suite. A summary of the proposed changed has been developed to help you respond to the consultation.
The consultation runs until 14 February 2025.
