BT are increasing prices on all copper, ISDN and additional multilines to aid the necessary move from the older technology to the new. Here's what you need to know, and what you can do now.

Our preferred utilities and telecoms partner, Utility Options, are informing customers that BT are increasing prices on all copper, ISDN and additional multilines to aid the necessary move from the older technology to the new, which is something that will be a requirement to do by January 2027.
Line rental price increases
The price increases include basic copper line rental, ISDN lines & additional lines that are part of a multiline setup. BT have proactively announced all future increases for 2026, please find below the timeline and price increases that will take effect.

What can you do now?
As the digital switch over us to in January 2027, businesses no longer have an option to switch to another analogue provider or obtain a new analogue line.
You will need to switch to a new digital solution, but by speaking to Utility Options, you can get the advice you need and they can provide you with a number of options, including digital equipment rental.
