bira training – Visual Merchandising

For owners, managers and visual merchandisers
Venue(s): bira, 225 Bristol Road, Birmingham B5 7UB

Visual Merchandising will make you think about how you display products in your window as well as in-store. You will revisit the principles of visual merchandising as well as learn practical tips and tricks on how to dress displays.
The course focuses on designing window displays to stop and attract customers, how to dress props and shelves to make them look good and how to optimise the display areas on your shop floor to sell more product.
Course fee: £195 + VAT (non bira member £230 + VAT)

 

bira training – Buying & Merchandising 

For owners, managers, buyers and merchandisers
Venue(s): bira, 225 Bristol Road, Birmingham B5 7UB

This one day programme which encourages participants to think about what they buy, how they buy and how to minimise lost sales. Improve the return on your investment in stock by minimising markdowns and improving sales and stock turn.
This course will allow you to identify and choose which products you should buy, including styles and quantity to order and enable you to focus on your key suppliers with an emphasis on enhancing profit margins and reducing markdowns.
Course fee: £165 + VAT (non bira member £210 + VAT)
