Tala Performance
- Double layered non-stick coating, 20 micron thickness. The first layer adheres to the steel, the second layer is the glass like top layer.
- Uses superior PPG Eclipse coating

- PPG are a world specialist in non-stick coatings. Using their coatings means a continuous and stable coating so each batch is the same. We also benefit from their extensive testing and research.
- Manufactured by the finest bakeware factory in the world, fully audited factory with state of the art non-stick spray coating facilities. This means that coating is applied using the best methods and so will adhere to the pans.
Tala Every Day
Why is it good?
- Focused only on high volume pieces such as baking trays and roasters, this leaves the more specialist pieces to the Performance range.
- Sturdy bakeware, .6 thickness that is strengthened further by the deeper rolled rim design.
- Strong carbon steel construction.
How is it made?
- PPG Xylan coating (9586 formula) 14+3 micron thickness. This gives us all the benefits and stability of one of the worlds leading non stick groups and yet a point of difference from Performance PPG Eclipse. For easy food release.
- Manufactured by top bakeware factory in the world, fully audited factory with state of the art non stick spray coating facilities. This means that our Xylan coating is applied using the best methods and so will adhere to the pans.
