Our End User Warranty

All our hand tools are backed by a three year product replacement warranty and our power tools range are covered for up to two years. So, if one of your customers buys a product that develops a fault within the specified warranty period, we’ll replace it, subject to proof of purchase.

We began over 30 years ago as a small, family-run market stall in north-west London. Now based in west London, we have nearly 50 employees, a state-of-the-art facility with eco-friendly lighting, and a showroom for our much-valued trade customers.
