Jarapa has been sourcing, manufacturing and supplying homewares to retail and trade customers across the UK and Europe since 2003. It started at local markets with Spanish rugs, and over the years the range has grown to include recycled glassware and lamps, recycled cotton rugs, lampshades, Spanish ceramics, Moroccan baskets.

Jarapa is a family-run business based in Somerset, creating and sourcing sustainable homewares since 2003. What started with traditional Spanish rugs at local markets has grown into a trusted home interiors brand serving customers across the UK and Europe.

Today, our handmade recycled glass lamps and lampshades are at the heart of the business. Designed and assembled by hand in Somerset, they combine timeless style, quality craftsmanship and sustainable materials to create beautiful lighting for modern homes.

Sustainability has always guided our choices. Since 2006, we have worked with specialist Spanish glassmakers producing 100% recycled glass using environmentally responsible processes and plant-based colour finishes, helping to reduce waste without compromising on quality.

Alongside our lighting collections, we work with skilled artisans and family-run workshops in Spain and Morocco to source unique homewares, including recycled glassware, natural baskets, ceramics and recycled cotton rugs.

More than 20 years on, our mission remains simple: to offer beautifully made, sustainable products that celebrate craftsmanship, support traditional makers and bring lasting style to your home.

Bathroom Accessories

Bathroom accessories including soap dispensers, soap dishes, candles and glass storage jars.

Velvet Lampshades

Luxury velvet lampshades available in a variety of prints. Choose from our traditional drum or french drum shape with either white or gold lining. Handmade in Dorset, these shades are available to order in sizes ranging from 8" - 18". Each lampshade is crafted to order with a 2-4 week dispatch time.

Lamps

Each lamp is made to order in the UK with a 2-3 week dispatch time. Lamp bases are available in a selection of colourways and are customisable with a variety of coloured flex options to choose from.

Rugs

Recycled 'Jarapa' Rugs made from recycled material (mainly cotton). Soft yet hardwearing - great for use in the bedroom, bathroom, hallway or living room. We also offer authentic Moroccan Berber rugs.

Moroccan Glassware

Our range of 100% recycled glass is handmade exclusively in Morocco. This glassware is mouth-blown in the same way it has been done since the 1940's. As with all recycled materials, these glasses have small air bubbles and imperfections which make them more beautiful. Available in clear, green, and blue this colour is throughout the glass and therefore dishwasher safe.

Baskets

Our basket range consists of a variety of basket styles which are handmade in Morocco. This craft has been passed down through generations using natural materials which are renewable and biodegradable. Each bag is finished with leather handles and trims to compliment the natural fibres.

Recycled Glassware

100% recycled glassware from Spain, available in a selection of shapes, sizes and colours.

Spanish Ceramics

Our ceramics collection is crafted in the Catalonia region of Spain. Each design is hand painted with varied colour and pattern, bringing a unique flair to your home. All these items are;
