Orders: Email your order to your Sodastream Account Manager and the Sodastream Orders team: order-uk@sodastream.com. All orders will be processed within 5 working days or sooner by DPD couriers Monday to Friday during working hours. You will receive automated emails during the order process to keep you up to date on your order.

Empty cylinder returns: As above please email the number of boxes of empty cylinders you require picking up to your Sodastream Account Manager and the Returns team: returns_uk@sodastream.com. We will book in a collection with APC couriers who will then send an email to each store with a date and approximate collection time Monday to Friday during working hours. This email will also include a link to download and print return labels. The driver should also have labels with him to attach to the boxes. APC will pick up within 24-48 hours and return to Sodastream warehouse within the next 48 hours.

Minimum number of boxes to return is 1 (Sodastream return box holding 18 empty cylinders - blue or pink cylinders or mixed). Please marker pen on each box your Sodastream Customer Reference Number 316xxxxx - You will find this number on any Sodastream invoice (top corner) or on the original delivered box of full cylinders (Return box). We ask for this so when the returned boxes arrive in our warehouse we can distinguish which customer the box(s) have come from.

Our warehouse team will scan each box and then credit your account. Each cylinder is worth £9.50 +vat to you. A full box of 18 empty cylinders is worth currently £205.20. This goes onto your Sodastream account to come off your current balance.
