Takker is an innovative DIY picture-hanging tool range designed to make hanging pictures, frames and other household items quicker, easier and less damaging to wall surfaces.

The product was first introduced following a successful appearance on the Irish Dragons’ Den TV series, which helped launch the Takker journey in 2009. Since then, Takker has built a strong reputation as a practical, consumer-friendly DIY solution. The original Takker tool is designed for use on plasterboard, timber and fencing, and can hang items up to 8kg / 17lb. Following customer demand for a version suitable for harder surfaces, Hardwall Takker was developed and launched in 2013 after two and a half years of product development. Hardwall Takker can be used on plaster, plasterboard, timber, brick, masonry, drywall and even ceramic tiles. It can hang items up to 10kg / 22lb and is patent pending worldwide.
