Bira Direct supplier Oracstar announce change to minimum order value from 1st January 2023

Due to the unprecedented and continual challenges of the current market, Bira Direct supplier Oracstar has announced an unavoidable change to their minimum order value from 1st January 2023. 

Oracstar, a Polypipe brand, is the UK’s leading distributor of pre-packed plumbing fittings and associated plumbing products. From our Doncaster Central Warehouse, we deliver within 24 to 48 hours at a 98% or above performance service level. We offer the retailer improved sales volumes through our renowned packaging knowledge and expertise.

Dear Customer

Due to circumstances beyond our control, and the continuing volatility of the current market, we need to make a slight change to our Minimum Order Value policy, as follows:

As of 01/01/2023, our new Minimum Order Value will be £150.00 for all customers.  Any orders received which are below this value will be accepted but will incur a carriage charge of £9.99 (for delivery within the UK mainland).
