This year’s Annual General Meeting of the Company (“AGM”) will be held on the 26th September 2024 at 3.00pm. The AGM will be a virtual meeting to allow for maximum participation and a virtual link to the meeting will be sent nearer the date of the meeting.

You will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions below:
- That the annual report and audited accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 be approved.
- That the following nominees be appointed as directors of the Company, who will also be members of the Board of Management.
