Dexam and the School of Wok were delighted to host an Asian cooking experience for 12 members of the John Lewis buying team at the award-winning school in Convent Garden on Tuesday 23rd May.

Each member of the Dexam and School of Wok team, Nev, Howard, Bryony and Joe, hosted a group who worked their way through food prep and cooking under the excellent tutorage of Che. There was much hilarity but also some great skills learned and honed – especially cleaver usage! The menu for the evening included: Jiaozi (dumplings), Morning Glory and Sichuan chicken. The meal was prepared using the School of Wok by Dexam pre-seasoned woks, utensils, cleavers, steamers and bowls.

The School of Wok range has been listed by John Lewis and will be available from the AW23 season. Visitors to the Exclusively Housewares show on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th June can see the depth of the School of Wok by Dexam range in the brand showcase space and on Dexam’s stand EH446.
