LG Harris, part of the ORKLA group, has announced a new update will be implemented in their internal systems on 1st February 2023.
In a letter to their customers and business partners, they have said:
Dear Customer
As a turbulent 2022 draws to a close I wanted to take this opportunity to firstly thank you for your continued custom, but also update you on some exciting upcoming improvements to our business.
In 2023 we will be upgrading our internal operating systems, the date planned for this upgrade is the 1st February, and it will impact all systems and departments across the whole UK operation.
What this means is that the weeks pre and post, there will be some disruption to our normal service levels. This is unavoidable but necessary to ensure we have suitable and future-proof systems to take us into 2023 and beyond.
I would like to thank you in advance for your support during this phase and reassure you that we will be doing all that we can to minimise disruptions to your business.
Also, as a reminder, our Christmas closure is from the 22nd December and we reopen on the 3rd January.
I would like to wish you a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the whole team at Orkla House Care UK and look forward to driving our business together in 2023.
