The National Convenience Show will spotlight food innovation and the continued growth of the food-to-go market as part of the 2026 UK Food & Drink Shows.
The event runs at the NEC Birmingham from 13–15 April alongside Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show and Forecourt Show, bringing together about 1,200 exhibitors and more than 25,000 visitors.
New themed areas across the exhibition include a focus on coffee shop and café products and a Future Foods section centred on wellness-led and sustainable ranges.
The seminar programme will cover retailer issues including shopper behaviour, retail security and industry change.
Co-op Wholesale managing director Katie Secretan will discuss the Nisa rebrand and its implications for convenience retailers.
Research company Lumina Intelligence will present data on how and why customers shop in convenience stores.
A digital event companion will provide visitors with a guide and indoor navigation during the show.
