Bira Direct supplier Villeroy and Boch announce the list of their discontinued products for 2023. Villeroy & Boch is dedicated to providing premium porcelain and bone porcelain tableware, crystal glassware, stainless steel cutlery, and home décor for setting the perfect table.

In a letter, they have said:

Dear customers, dear business partners,

Up to now, we have been able to shoulder the significantly raised costs for energy and transport, but today we also must increase our prices to be able to absorb cost increases that are far beyond a "normal level".

We would therefore like to inform you in advance that we are adjusting our prices as follows:

As of 1st November 2022, we will increase the prices for glass and cutlery products by approximately 12%.

We kindly ask you to note that:

Orders received prior to 01.11.2022 will be invoiced with 2022 prices and will be valid until 01.12.2022. 

After 01.12.2022 all backorders will be updated with new November 2022 prices, as well new orders will be applied the new November 2022 prices. V&B reserves the right to serve orders that exceed the average order values or quantities/articles customary to date at old or new conditions.

Furthermore, as of February 1, there will be a price increase on ceramic products. You will receive the price information for this by the end of the year with a separate message.

Discontinued assortments 2023:

Enclosed you will also find information about the discontinued assortments 2023. It is important to note that no subsequent production will take place on this assortment and only existing stock will be sold. The availability is therefore only guaranteed within the scope of the still existing stock.
