Bira Direct is introducing a new 1% rebate for 2026, giving members money back on all their buying.
From 1 January to 31 December 2026, members who spend £10,000 or more through Bira Direct will receive 1% of their total annual spend back as a credit note, issued by the end of March 2027.
The rebate applies across all Bira Direct buying, with no exclusions, and sits on top of existing deals, promotions and supplier offers, helping members get even more value from their everyday orders.
What you could earn
- Spend £10,000 → Get £100 back
- Spend £25,000 → Get £250 back
- Spend £50,000 → Get £500 back

The 1% rebate is in addition to all existing Bira Direct deals, promotions and supplier offers.
There are no exclusions. It applies across all Bira Direct buying.
How to qualify
To receive the rebate, you must:
- Be a Bira Direct member
- Spend £10,000 or more during 2026
- Pay all invoices on time
- Be set up to pay by Direct Debit by 31 March 2026
How it’s paid
There’s nothing to claim. Your rebate is calculated automatically and paid as a credit note at the end of the year.
