Customer service experts FM Outsource has produced Re-Examining Retail: What Customers Expect in 2021 to give retailers an insight into what shoppers could want from their shopping experience.
Information for the report has been collected from consumers and retail experts - including Bira - with the aim of helping retailers bounce back after one of the most disruptive years on record.
